Those people you are speaking with at customer service are not from India, but from Mexico!! I have called into Tracfone several times, most recently when my old phone was damaged and I had to move my number and minutes to a new phone (the one reviewed here). I have always gotten good to excellent customer service from them! Tracfone is a Mexican company (and part of one of the biggest telecom companies in the world!).
