I had a droid while watching, and when I received an e-mail me about Release of It’s received, I went to the Verizon store on launch day. All employees were wearing shirts that said “do Droid, and there was a small but significant mass in the right corner near the entrance. I saw a booth where a number of these redneck was eyeing angular, glossy black phone. Leave the display set up the same, there was a single, small, much slimmer, touch screen phone that I do not know. Always love my turn to take the droid, I decided to play with others to pass the time.

It was not long before I realized that all non-public, the UN-hyped Droid Eris was much better.

Let me start by comparing the Droid Motorola (R) (Motorola A855 Droid Phone (Verizon Wireless)). The MD has hard edges, corners and a box shape hostile. It features a slide-out keyboard thin, the keys very little tactile feedback, and the lines are not compensated as a real keyboard. Also on this panel is a sliding D-pad, which is almost totally unnecessary, given the touch screen. The whole phone has a smooth and shiny, which makes it very susceptible to scratches and fingerprints. The technical specifications are a little better, with a faster processor and a nice screen with high resolution. The camera has a flash.

The Droid Eris (DE) on the other hand, is relatively small and has rounded edges (like the iPhone.) It only uses the keyboard to the screen that is not the best of all inputs and methods, but most of the problems can be overcome by its corrective function useful. In addition, as the iPhone, you can on the side keys to grow, making the problem of hitting the wrong button to disappear. The SR is a trackball like the Blackberry Pearl (BlackBerry Pearl 8130 Phone, Pink (Verizon Wireless),) and then he almost never comes into play is much better and has less of a feeling that the original MD of path. You can also highlight notifications. The phone has a rubber coating and silky on the back. This combined with rounded edges, it is much easier to take. The specifications have not been to the mark with the MD, but so far I have not encounter serious problems with the speed. And while it would be nice to the high resolution screen, it does a fine job.

Two on the Verizon network, which, from what I heard, is the best. use both Google’s Android OS, which is fantastic and wonderfully adaptable. Although the MD uses a newer version, it will support the fast.

These are the only problems :

> The battery life is not that great, especially if you are constantly surfing the internet and things like that, as I did the first few days. He has never released a single on me when I was not responsible for two days. I would recommend load every night.
> Cracks on the edges of the screen appear to be small pieces of land, crumbs, etc., which can remove the beauty of the phone and it is difficult for them to come out.
> The music is not the best. Especially considering the life of the battery. Keep your iPod.

These are things I like about the phone :

Accelerometers> detect the orientation of the screen.
> Browse the Internet at any time. Also browser pinch zoom.
> Electrostatics (electricity detect finger) touch screen much better than the touch screen with pressure sensitive on cheap phones.
> Move all the icons on the screen. Do exactly what you want on the main and sub-screens and nothing else.
camera> high quality. With the highest settings, the quality of image to send an MMS message. No flash, but good. I do not have this phone for the camera.
> Hundreds of free apps in the store (which can be freely agreed by all) to keep me entertained forever.
> My screen still has no scratches, despite a drop in my pocket and pulled out countless times since my release that day.
> Although the port is different, a standard USB mini-charged. That means it is easy to find a suitable cable, if you lose, if it is given.

There are probably more, but why do not you find yourself? Buy. You will not be disappointed.
