Construction and design
HP Pavilion dm3 updated series late last year with a new low-voltage Intel Core i3 processor and a fresh design with a new cool system developed, friendly to non form more “lap.” the notebook is only this 13-inch laptop Coolerf to the touch, but it looks cooler than the previous generation of the dm3. In a short time was the notebook of of trendsetter for HP consumer notebook line of HP Pavilion dm1z and which have been developed with a similar appearance of the HP mini line of Netbooks.
Build quality is on par with what we have seen from the rest of the HP Pavilion notebooks and HP mini Netbooks. The plastics used in the chassis are durable and thick enough to prevent Flex or cracking under pressure. The plastic screen cover has an order work on the protection of the screen, but the center of the lid bend inside fixed pressure. The cover matte black paint also has a rubber-like, which is great for the avoidance of the fingerprints that show up on high gloss notebooks. The screen hinges offer enough tension on the screen in position to keep but are loose enough so that you can open the laptop with one hand.
HP has decided to enter the new dm3 is clean look with a two Screwless access panels on the bottom of the notebook. Simply remove the battery and set a release switch to upgrade the RAM or swap out the hard drive. This is really a great idea not only for updates easier, but it has you force the added level of security to the power supply to remove before you can mess with the internal components (something), that you should be doing anyway.
