The W376 is an excellent low-cost phone for those who literally live on mobile phones (yes, these people still exist), but want a reliable machine that makes it very basically what should be a phone – call.
Call quality and ear are very good. I live 25 miles outside Atlanta Interstate not near a road, and I get 3-5 bars at all points in my house. The sound is clear. Battery life is good. There is a lag between pressing the buttons and hear the confirmation beep and see the numbers / text on the screen already, so it takes some getting used to (again The cheap phone). The camera – let’s be honest, it stinks. A resolution of 640 x 480 pixel low resolution is the maximum size, and even in “fine” quality photos are terrible, like a watercolor painting over an image (think of mobile phones from 8 years for reference). So if the camera is important – to go elsewhere.
Key words here – “the price”, the W376 is a great phone. If I want a smart phone or a touch screen phone the airlines I give two stars but we are again talking about a cheap phone call rates cheap, so for that price, it is appreciated by me. Get double minutes for life, use coupon code included in the package, and for lighter users, it would be a perfect solution for cell service offering itself, while the names of financial finger on major airlines intensive care costs too.
Now all that being said, I must add that the customer Tracfone/Net10 is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. You’ll be 100% of your conversations with the representatives of India. Representatives who speak little English, and those who do, do it wrong and with a strong accent. Many are under-educated and read scripts and give you information variability. If you move or “port” a phone number from an old phone to them or to another phone using a different service, expect a long conversation with a series of codes and numbers should be given to The representative that can be a very long wait to be transferred, if it works at all (another call, asked to try to determine, etc. etc. etc.). One thing that almost worth the high price of contract carriers (AT & T, Verizon and T-Mobile) is the client for them as much as we complain, is actually better than Tracfone WORLD / Net10. So in summary, these features are suited to certain applications such as very basic and sometimes very reliable aircraft. But if the customer service is as important to you that the price of telephone service, this service should be avoided.

Ahhhhh, i remember having this phone a year ago with my old provider. It was an excellent phone, but I never had service because the provider… well lets just say I’ve had better. Overall, it is a solid phone. It’s sleek, easy to use, looks great, and slides write in my back pocket. Above all, it is easy to use, and the speakerphone is really good on the phone and the bluetooth is always one of my favorite features. Not a dealbreaker, but still, makes the phone that much better. It’s not listed in this article, but I am 90% sure it has the bluetooth. Great phone, and definitely worth checking out if you are going to Tracfone.

Oh yeah Neech. I totally think its a solid phone. Since school is starting up I got one for my kid and its great. being able to control how much my kid texts and talks is perfect for my wallet. Plus I always can get in touch with her. She loves the phone too. its exactly what she would ever need.

Like my tracefone and the service but never called customer service because I never have problems. Scared if I do though. LOL. But it is cheap and always works great!!

Tracfone is a Mexican company (and part of one of the biggest telecom companies in the world!). Those people you are speaking with at customer service are not from India, but from Mexico!!
I have called into Tracfone several times, most recently when my old phone was damaged and I had to move my number and minutes to a new phone (the one reviewed here). I have always gotten good to excellent customer service from them!
