This computer is very fast and although I used a 17 “monitor, I did not really feel that I miss the extra screen. The keyboard is cramped compared, but I get used to. I find myself making more typing errors. I think the bar at the bottom takes a little more effort to bring down but I learned something the other day, I never learned before. I never realized that you could just touch the mouse pad to go where you Go Wild! I thought was a mouse. So I have a path around a Logitech mouse pad Retractable has this right to the mouse easier to use, while on my knees!

I do not miss the optical drive at this point. I almost considered as models, because it had integrated into the optical drive you, but it would have been a huge trade off in battery life! So far I have received 6 hours of talk right now. I could have gone longer but I had to close when I was doing something that might take more time than what was left. I’m happy with a little over two hours of life to achieve “the beast”. I bought the Samsung optical drive is recommended when I bought the laptop and worked fine to load this software. Enough so light and small for me to go on longer trips in case. I barely used the drive so I know I am your best choice for battery built into the drive.

I could stash in my purse this baby yesterday at a client meeting and a marathon six hours without being connected! huge plus!

I’m still getting used to Windows 7 quirks .. but so far I am satisfied with this. I always liked the Toshiba owns or has worked in the past. Should continue to travel this year and put the beast to rest! Great prices and great little machine at the moment!
